I have to admit, I was a little curious about what I would get since your rates are lower than a lot of other folks, but since I am on a tight budget I took a chance. "My Dad is ecstatic right now to know that our family name came from a tiny town in present day Poland that used to be Pomerania! We had looked for clues so long about where the family came from in Germany, and Genealogy Adventures was able to figure it out for us. It is fascinating to know about the ship the family sailed on to New York, and to now have three more generations of ancestors that we did not know about. I am sad to know that the Poles cleared all of the old German grave stones from the village cemetery, but we still plan to visit our homeland someday. I have had other researchers who claim to be genealogists send me a report of what they found, but they did not give properly cited sources and did not tell me what sources they checked but found nothing. I can’t tell you how important it is to know about all sources that are consulted so that I don’t have to do it over again. You are great to work with.
