How Do We Get Started?


A good faith estimate is prepared based on your custom project requirements. Upon your approval, the work is then scheduled. For most projects, you will receive the results within two weeks time. Some larger projects take longer, but you will be informed if a longer time is expected for any reason. You will be charged only for the number of hours required to complete your request and we will not bill you for more hours than you have authorized.

REFERRAL BONUS

Any previous customer who refers a new client to us will be credited with one free hour of research time on their next order of 5 hours or more.  You will be notified of this credit once your referral contracts our services.  A space is provided on the order form to identify your referral.

Complete the Quote Request Form:

1. After completing the quote request, your contact information and instructions will be sent to us automatically by email.  (Be sure to give a valid email address, or your information will not be sent.)

2.  In the space asking for your research objectives, let us know what information you are wanting to locate.  Be specific as to a person or persons, the place where they lived and time period so that we can check for the availability of records. 

3. Click on the Send Button to send us your request.  We will respond promptly with a formal good estimate of the amount of time that may be required to satisfy your objective.  We will also request additional information from you as necessary.  Once you have approved a quote and have indicated the number of hours you authorize, we will collect a 50% payment before work begins.  The balance will be due when the work is completed (prior to delivery).  We use PayPal, a secure on-line payment service.  This payment method will allow you to pay from your bank account or by credit card.  If a Money Order is your preferred payment method, we will quote the amount due and you can send it to our address as indicated below.
